Scholarship for International Tertiary Students

This scholarship allows eligible international students to study full-time at a New Zealand education institution or a Pacific university. 

Eligibility Criteria


To apply for the scholarship, students must meet all the eligibility criteria: 

• Student must be 18 years old or older when they start their scholarship.
• Postgraduate and mature undergraduate applicants must have relevant work experience. 
• Applicant must reside in their country for two years before applying. 
• Students must meet both academic entry and English language requirements determined by each educational institution. 
• Applicants within their stand-down period are not eligible to apply for another scholarship. 

Commonwealth Scholarship

Commonwealth scholarship is an international program under which the government offers scholarships and fellowships to citizens of commonwealth countries. It is one of the most prestigious scholarships that aims to provide financial aid to international students. 

Eligibility Criteria


Students must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the Commonwealth Scholarship: 

1. Students must fall under the age group of 39 years. 
2. Students must be applying for an MA degree or Ph.D. Degree. 
3. Applicant must be applying for eligible courses, which are;

New Zealand Excellence Awards (NZEA)

This scholarship is a scheme designed exclusively for Indian students. It is a joint initiative of Education New Zealand, of New Zealand's eight universities. The NZEA award features an overall package of NZ $320,000, offering eligible Indian students an opportunity to study at world-class New Zealand universities and experience a multicultural society.  

Eligibility Criteria 


To be eligible for this scholarship, student must meet the following criteria:
 
• Students must be at least 18 years old at the time of application. 
• Students must hold current citizenship in India.
• Students must meet Immigration New Zealand's requirements for a student visa
• Applicants should be residing in India at the time of application. 
• Applicant must hold an unconditional offer for one of the NZEA-eligible courses.
