• Costs for PTE Rescheduling: Candidates who wish to reschedule their PTE exam with fewer than 14 days of schedule notice but at least 7 days complete period notice before their test date must pay 50% of the test price. There will be no compensation if the exam is rescheduled less than 7 calendar days before the exam. Applicants should be aware that the rescheduling policy does not apply to their exam date.
• Costs for Cancellation: Applicants who decide not to take their PTE Academic Test after booking online have up to 14 days before their test date to get a complete refund. Candidates who cancel their test within 14 days but at least 7 calendar days before their test date will receive a 50% refund of their exam fees. However, candidates will not be refunded if they cancel the exam less than 7 days before the exam. Applicants should keep in mind that the cancellation and rescheduling policy does not apply to their exam date.

Candidates may reserve their seats up to 48 hours before the exam. Candidates who choose this option must pay an additional late charge of Rs 695/-.
