How many times is the IELTS exam conducted in a year?

The IELTS test dates are available 48 times a year. Each test centre conducts the test four times a month, depending on the number of students appearing for the examination. The IELTS Academic is conducted four times a month, while the IELTS General Training is conducted twice a month. But, there is no limit to the number of times a student can sit for the exam. The exam is also held on a Saturday every week.

The IELTS exam is an international-level English proficiency test that tests the Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening skills in the language.
