Ara Institute of Canterbury - Timaru Campus Scholarships

Ara Scholarships

Many of our scholarships recognise academic excellence, community leadership and sporting achievements, while others are designed to help meet skills shortages in specific industries or to simply encourage individuals into education. If you meet the eligibility criteria, we encourage you to apply when you apply for your program of study.

Focus Scholarships

These scholarships are provided by industry and community donors. In most cases, they relate to a specific area of study, level of study or purpose. They’re open to any Ara student who meets the scholarship’s specific eligibility criteria. Some of these scholarships require an academic transcript as part of the application. Academic transcripts can be requested from the Curriculum and Academic records team [email protected].
