St. Lawrence College - Kingston Campus University Overview

With three beautiful campuses in Kingston, Cornwall and Brockville in the province of Ontario today, St. Lawrence first opened its doors in the year 1967. St. Lawrence College has many schools like the School of Applied Science and Computing, School of Justice Studies and Applied Arts, School of Business, School of Contemporary Teaching and Learning, School of Baccalaureate Nursing, School of Health Sciences, School of Community Services and School of Skill Trades and Tourism that cater to its 6700+ students from Canada and over 40 countries worldwide.

The college provides certificates, apprenticeship training and diploma programs along with three-year bachelor degree programs in applied arts in business, science and behavioural psychology. Besides these, numerous students are enrolled in their online and continuing courses as well.

The college maintains a low student-faculty ratio to make sure that every student gets personal attention and more than 88% of the graduates of SLC find employment within the first six months of their graduation.

St. Lawrence College - Kingston Campus Admission Requirement

The following requirements must be fulfilled to get admitted to St. Lawrence College

  • International students are considered on case-by-case basis. There can be some additional requirements, depending on the program you are applying to.
  • Students are required to submit their original transcripts from their last attended academic institutions. If they are not in English, then submit the translated copies of the same along with the originals.
  • Should provide the certificate issued by the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) that compares educational credentials from other countries to educational standards in Canada.
  • Applicants must be 18 years old at the time of the beginning of the course.
  • You need to submit your English language proficiency test scores if you are coming from a non-English speaking country.

Please note:- If you are not a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada, you must obtain a valid study permit before you come to Canada.
