Lambton College - Sarnia Campus Overview

The second oldest public college of Ontario, Lambton College was established in the year 1966 and offers more than fifty full-time graduate and post-graduate programs in areas related to Human Resource Management, Pharmacy Technician, Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management and Internet Application Developer, to name a few.

The college is continuously striving to upgrade its already amazing facilities and infrastructure to remain in pace with the ever-growing technology and to provide all its students with the best education standards and facilities.  Ensuring to integrate practical work and theory, the educated staff and faculty of the college leaves no stone unturned to make the students' industry ready and provide them with a fulfilling career.

Apart from this, Lambton College has agreements with multiple universities of Canada, Australia and the United States of America for students to be able to transfer credits obtained at Lambton College to another educational institution.

For over 20 years now, the International Education Department of the college has helped students of more than 50 colleges to get settled and have a fantastic study culture in Canada, nurturing and fostering their overall growth and aiming at the overall development of the Community also.

Lambton College - Sarnia Campus Admission Requirement

The requirements must be fulfilled to get admitted to Lambton College

  • International students are considered on a case-by-case basis. There can be some additional requirements, depending on the program you are applying to.
  • Students are required to submit their original transcripts from their last attended academic institutions. If they are not in English, then submit the translated copies of the same along with the originals.
  • Should provide the certificate issued by the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) that compares educational credentials from other countries to educational standards in Canada.
  • Applicants must be 18 years old at the time of the beginning of the course.
  • You need to submit your English language proficiency test scores if you are coming from a non-English speaking country.

Please note: If you are not a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada, you must obtain a valid study permit before you come to Canada.

Yes, the college offers housing options at the Sarnia campus. It is a shared accommodation with two beds, meal plans and internet.

The college does not have an on-campus daycare service.

The college offers some entrance scholarships each valued at CAD 3,000*, which will be received for the tuition fees for term one and term 2 of the program.

Yes, transfer options are available if a student wants to transfer from one program to another without losing credits. The college also allows students to complete a portion of the second program on receiving a certificate or diploma.
