Progress to your degree
Once you complete your Accelerated Pre-Masters Programme pathway and achieve the required grades, you will be able to join your chosen Masters degree at Teesside University. By completing this pathway, you will be able to progress to the following degrees.

You take the lead on managing the recruitment and development of employee talent within organisations, employing the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and maximising employee and organisational performance.
The applied element allows you to develop practice-based solutions to real-world problems. You take on a consultancy role, working on projects or internships, identifying opportunities and ideas, before going on to present strategic solutions to the client. You develop personal and professional knowledge, skills and behaviours through a process of self-reflection on your practice.
