    Swinburne International Scholarship

    This scholarship is a merit-based scholarship offered to international students commencing their studies for the first time in 2026 at our Hawthorn campus in:

    • an undergraduate course
    • a postgraduate course
    • a pathway course (Swinburne Foundation Program, a UniLink diploma, or a Postgraduate Qualifying Program).

    If eligible, you will receive 20 percent off your tuition fees for the standard course duration, calculated from the course start date to the course end date as stated in your letter of offer.

    George Swinburne International Excellence Scholarship

    This scholarship will recognize a student’s high academic performance and is available to international students commencing an undergraduate or postgraduate course at our Hawthorn campus for the first time in 2026. If eligible, you will receive 30 percent off your tuition fees for the standard course duration, calculated from the course start date to the course end date as stated in your letter of offer.

    Eligibility criteria

    To be eligible for an international scholarship, you must:

    • be an international student (citizens of Australia or New Zealand and permanent residents of Australia are not eligible)
    • meet any course or scholarship-specific entry requirements
    • not be in receipt of a Swinburne tuition fee scholarship or reduced fee arrangement at any one time (Swinburne will apply the most favourable arrangement to your enrolment)
    • not be in receipt of another form of tuition fee scholarship or reduced fee arrangement from another organisation at the same time
