We deliver a comprehensive range of services dedicated to helping you make the most of student life.
Student Support Centres are provided on both our Cathays and Heath Park Campuses. We offer free, impartial, non-judgemental and confidential advice on a wide range of matters.

Advice and money
Support with funding, bursaries, fees, loans, debts, childcare, housing, academic matters and other welfare issues.

Careers and Employability
We provide support with career planning throughout your studies and after graduation, including what to do with your degree, job hunting and recruitment, further study, work experience and academic skills and experience.

Health and Wellbeing
Information, support services and events to help you manage your emotional, mental and physical health.

Day Care Centre
Welcoming the children of both students and staff, aged ten weeks to five years.

Disability and Dyslexia
Support for students with disabilities such as long-term physical health conditions, specific learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and mental health conditions.

Equality, diversity and inclusion
We recognise that personal circumstances can have an impact on your decision to apply to university and also circumstances can change during your course.

International Student Support
International Student Support is dedicated to the welfare of international students and provides guidance and information on a wide range of non-academic matters including immigration and visas.

We have a strong history of diversity in faith and culture, and welcome students from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Student Mentor Scheme
First-year students receive up-to-date, relevant advice from their peers whilst the mentors receive sought after employability skills.

Residence Life Team
The Residence Life Team are dedicated to enhancing your student experience. Helping to create a community within residences where you feel a sense of belonging and inclusion.
