Program Overview

The Pre-Masters programme at the International College offers a path to a masters for international students at the University of Sheffield. This programme is designed in collaboration with the University and is delivered by Study Group.

Pre-Masters in Business, Social Sciences and Humanities
The Pre-Masters in Business, Social Sciences and Humanities will introduce you to key elements related to your degree, such as analysing business projects or interpreting statistics. This programme leads to a number of masters degrees in the Faculties of Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences, including the Management School, School of Law and Sheffield School of Architecture at the University.

Once you complete your Pre-Masters in Business, Social Sciences and Humanities and achieve the required grades, you can enter into the postgraduate degree at the University of Sheffield.

Leading to: International Management MSc

Understanding the challenges and opportunities of doing business in a dynamic global economy sets your apart. Focusing on developed and emerging markets you’ll apply practical business skills and learn how business is done across cultures.

You can apply to do a company-based dissertation, working with an external organisation. Recent projects include researching the international student market in the UK for an immigration consultancy.
