Have you studied psychology as a major or minor subject but your degree is not accredited by the BPS? Do you want to develop a career in organisational psychology or related areas such as human resource management?

Our Work and Organisational Psychology MSc provides you with a thorough understanding of how to effectively manage people and organisations. You'll learn how to recruit, train and motivate employees, assess their performance, design work environments and jobs, along with techniques to manage wellbeing and organisational change, plus more. 

During the course, you'll be given the chance to develop practical skills that are highly valued by employers such as consultancy and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis software. All of which are applicable to the workplace and designed to hone your skills as a practitioner.

Upon graduation, you'll be ready to apply what you've learned to the real world of work.

    Undergraduate Excellence Scholarships

    At the University of Nottingham, we believe excellence deserves reward. If you achieve AAA grades or your international equivalent, you will automatically be awarded a scholarship of £5,000 to be deducted from your first year tuition fees.

    Eligibility

    You must:

    • be an international fee-paying student
    • be starting year one of a full undergraduate degree programme (RQF level 4) that is UK campus-based (excludes Bachelor programmes in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery, Pharmacy, Medicine or Foundation Year) 
    • have achieved AAA grades or international equivalent, assessed at the point of successful admission
    • be self-funded, and not in receipt of any other University award or sponsorship by an external body

    International Postgraduate Scholarships

    Automatic scholarships for international master's students.

    At the University of Nottingham, we are offering scholarships worth £3,000 to students starting their studies with us in 2026. This will be automatically awarded and will be deducted from your master's tuition fee.

    Eligibility

    You must:

    • be an international fee-paying student
    • be starting year one of a full-time postgraduate taught master's degree programme (UK campus-based)
    • be self-funded, and not in receipt of any other University award or sponsorship by an external organisation

    Note: for a two year master's degree the scholarship only applies to the first year's fees.
