This is an International Year One programme, designed to support you as you transition to life and learning in the UK. Upon successful completion, you will progress onto the second year of your chosen degree at Keele University.

At Keele you’ll learn the underpinning theories of software, hardware and computing techniques – and how to apply them in the real world. You’ll learn to use technology to create new opportunities and to solve a wide range of problems, benefiting every aspect of society from the home to business, government and beyond.

Leading to Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Data Science

The aim of our BSc in Data Science is to form graduates with sound mathematical fundamentals allied with comprehensive computational skills. Virtually every industry is looking to leverage the power of data to enhance the efficiency of their operations and drive innovation. This means graduates in Data Science are in extremely high demand. Our industry informed BSc builds on the knowledge of A level Mathematics or equivalent and provides a measured blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience to ensure you graduate ready to apply your skills into the workplace or further study.
