BA (Hons) Games Design and Development is a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary programme designed to prepare students for a career in the games design industry. With a “play first” philosophy, the course covers both theoretical and practical aspects of game design and development, providing students with a deep understanding of the industry’s production methodologies and business practices.

The curriculum emphasises the development of essential skills in storytelling, world-building, game mechanics, design principles, and technical design, ensuring graduates are well-prepared for various roles within the games industry.
