International Student Scholarship

UG Courses: £1,000 per year.

PG Courses for First academic year only :-

• MSc Advanced Engineering Management - £2,000
• MSc Advanced Computer Science - £2,000

These scholarships are awarded automatically once you receive an unconditional offer. No separate application is needed. Please check the main scholarship page for any exceptions.

• Eligible individuals studying postgraduate courses not mentioned above may be able to receive a scholarship of £3,000 for their first year.  

LEEDS LAW SCHOOL INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP For courses starting in September 2026

• LLB (Hons) Law - £5,750
• MLaw Law and Professional Legal Practice - £5,750
• LLB (Hons) Law Senior Status: £5,750
• Postgraduate
  • LLM courses (on-campus only): £6,000
  • LLM International Human Rights : £6,000

DEANS UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP £6,000 per year 

• Applicants must apply for a Leeds Beckett course and receive a Leeds Beckett Applicant ID before applying online for the Dean’s Scholarship.
• Scholarship applications must be submitted through the online form.
• As part of the application, you will be asked to submit a short video explaining why you should receive the scholarship.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in an interview panel
• Successful candidates will receive a scholarship worth £6,000 per year.
• Deadline: Applications are open until 30 June 2026

LEEDS SCHOOL OF ARTS POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP 50% TUITION FEE SCHOLARSHIP

The Leeds School of Arts international scholarship will be awarded based on exceptional academic performance and design experience, evidenced through an interview and design portfolio. Applicants must apply for a Leeds Beckett postgraduate course in one of the following subject areas:

• Architecture
• Art & Design
• Northern Film School 
• Dance  and Choreographic Practice 
• Filmmaking and Creative Technologies
• Music, Sound & Performing Arts
• Music and Sound for Interactive Games and Sound Design
• You must receive an unconditional offer by 22 May 2026.
• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an online interview in June 2026, during which you will be asked to present your portfolios, which may include university and practicebased projects.
• Successful candidates will receive a 50% discount on postgraduate tuition fees. 

CARNEGIE SPORTS INTERNATIONAL RECOGNISING INTERNATIONAL SPORTING EXCELLENCE

Awarded to applicants who demonstrate outstanding talent in one of our focus sports:

Scholarship applications will be assessed initially by the relevant Leeds Beckett University sports coach. Applicants who meet the playing level for their sport will be further assessed by the Leeds Beckett international recruitment team.

Successful candidates will receive a scholarship worth £6,000 per year for undergraduate courses, or a 50% tuition fee scholarship for postgraduate courses.
