Our specialised Degree Transfer Programs are equivalent to the first year of a bachelor’s degree at university. You can follow your path to a range of business, IT, computer science, science undergraduate degrees and more when you join the second year of university.

What you'll learn
 

Core courses will introduce you to essential areas of business – including accounting, economics, leadership, marketing, strategy and law.  

From your first year, you’ll learn about the practical aspects of buying, selling, leasing, developing and investing in property. Explore economic and social constraints and develop an understanding of relevant legislation and regulations. Undertake economic and geographical analysis of property, property markets and valuation methods.  

Examine property and facility management processes, as well as the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Learn how to establish and manage a real estate agency. 

You’ll develop negotiation skills and advance your understanding of strategic leadership in real estate. Cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset by exploring case studies, building your confidence in calculated risk taking. 

You will be exposed to concepts of identity, diversity, equity and inclusion to foster cross-cultural skills and explore bias and power dynamics.

Professional Work Integrated Learning opportunities are embedded within second and third year studies. Through work placements in real-life settings, you’ll develop a practical understanding of the real estate industry.
