Fulbright- Nehru Fellowships
It is one of the widely known Government-funded Scholarships available to international students applying to master's or doctoral programmes. It is best for graduate students, young professionals and artists who want to study in the U.S. for one year or more. It funds non-U.S. citizens for study, research and teaching in the United States and U.S. citizens for study, research and teaching outside the United States. It covers tuition, accident and sickness insurance in accordance with U.S. requirements, flights, and living expenses and operates in more than 160 countries worldwide. This Scholarship program provides 50% tuition fees waivers to students commencing undergraduate studies. Though the list of participating USA colleges and universities changes every year, around 60 universities and colleges are participating in the YouAreWelcomeHere Scholarships for the session 2021. This Scholarship requires applicants to answer a short essay question or present a multimedia project about how they plan to apply their leadership skills on their future campuses. This Scholarship aims to enhance the international presence in USA universities, make U.S. education more accessible, and provide international students with a world-class education in the U.S.
AAUW International Fellowships
The American Association of University Women (AAUW) is the nation's leading organization advocating equity for women and girls. AAUW International Fellowships is a Non-Government scholarship that supports women pursuing full-time graduate or postdoctoral study in the U.S. to women who are not U.S. citizens or Permanent residents. It has been in existence since 1917, and in this program, Preference is given to women who show prior commitment to the advancement of women and girls through civic, community, or professional work. The amount of scholarships for Master's/first professional degree is 366,486 INR - 13,15,071.00 INR. and for Graduate or Postdoctoral is 13,15,071.00 INR - 21,91,485.00 INR. and can last upto five years. To get this Scholarship, you must have citizenship in a country other than the U.S. along with an academic degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree.

There are various other International Scholarships to Study in the USA. The Non-governmental U.S. scholarships for international students include Civil Society Leadership Awards, David P. Shapiro Autism Scholarship, Preply Scholarship, Surfshark Privacy and Security Scholarship and Tortuga Backpacks Study Abroad Scholarship. The scholarships for Asian Students are also there which includes: East-West Center Scholarships and Fellowships, Japan-United States Friendship Commission and Wesleyan Freeman Asian Scholarship Program; For female students, there are AAUW International Fellowships, Bat and Ball Game Women's Sports Scholarship and MIT-Zaragoza Women in Logistics and SCM Scholarship as the main scholarships.
