• Additionally, our new accelerated BS/MS program allows CMU undergraduates, who are majoring in chemistry or biochemistry, to double count certain senior advanced chemistry courses towards MS coursework and graduate with the MS degree in as little as one extra year.

You could research the development of cleaner, less expensive and more efficient energy conversion/storage technologies. Some examples including, batteries or fuel cells, the removal and degradation of different pollutants in environmental waters and the identification and characterization of particular proteins important to tuberculosis-causing bacteria.
