Program Overview

Advance your teaching career by earning your master’s with a specialization in educational technology. You'll learn research, current theory, and the latest classroom technology.

Why Study Educational Technology?

Technological advancements have opened the world of knowledge to schools. When teachers are able to take advantage of the latest technology tools and resources, their students have access to an unparalleled education.

A master of arts in educational technology is designed to prepare teachers, technology coordinators, and software developers to implement current technology in education and evaluate future technologies as they emerge.

This program is meant for middle and high school teachers, but often includes educators from elementary schools, higher education, and varying industries.

This degree typically comes with a higher salary, and master’s degrees are usually required for part-time teaching at the community college or university level.

Moreover, you'll be a more effective and well-rounded teacher.
