Discover and learn the breadth of the building surveying profession including building pathology, construction technology, building conservation, project management and design. Upon graduation you’ll have the qualifications and experience to progress on to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors' Assessment of Professional Competence to obtain Chartered status. Throughout the course, you’ll work with industry figures on a range of exciting real-world projects, and you’ll usually undertake a placement year in a building surveying practice.

The course includes a UK residential field trip in the first year. You also have the opportunity to join relevant field trips to cities such as Edinburgh, and attend a project-based visit to a major European city.
