Gain an understanding of the whole software development process and prepare for a career in software engineering.

  • Gain real work experience that is relevant to your future career.
  • Develop your knowledge of the major programming languages (C/C++, Java, JavaScript, C#), database design and manipulation, and various modern frameworks.
  • Learn to produce high-quality, large-scale, enterprise-wide and complex software applications.

Develop and enhance your skills of computation, software and systems across a variety of application areas, including web-based, database and distributed applications, and hardware programming. You cover all areas of the software development process including system architecture and design, with a particular focus on software solutions.

This course is designed so you can develop skills in contemporary programming techniques, tools and processes and understand the project management practices used to support and control such projects.
