Project management is an important facet of organisations across all sectors and industries. Accredited by the Association for Project Management (APM), this course will teach you how to work effectively with others and cultivate the range of technical skills required to be able to deliver projects effectively.

As part of your course, you’ll:

  • Manage the people, time and financial resources that are required to deliver successful projects
  • Enhance your knowledge of the principles, roles and techniques of project management
  • Learn how to use contemporary digital technologies, including project management software
  • Develop the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
