Theory and comprehensive hands-on projects ensure Electrical Applications students gain the knowledge and skills necessary to install, operate, troubleshoot, service and repair electrical equipment in residential, commercial and industrial settings. Motors, generators, transformers, electrical systems, and a wide variety of control equipment are among the many topics covered during the program, and graduates who meet specific criteria can earn credit toward Apprenticeship Manitoba Level 1 and 2.

Participation in MITT’s Work Skills Series workshops provides students a foundation in employability and essential skills to help them transition seamlessly from classroom to career and excel as professionals.
