Scholarships

International Entrance Scholarship for Fall 2025 & Winter 2026 

The Georgian College Entrance Scholarship provides financial support to new, eligible international students entering programs at Georgian College. Scholarships vary, with up to $4,000 CAD available for college programs, up to $5,000 CAD for degree programs, and $1,000 CAD for students enrolled in both the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program and an approved Georgian post-secondary program. Awards are applied in the first semester. A limited number of scholarships are available



To be considered, students must submit their application through the IAS portal by the following deadlines:

  • Fall 2025: July 15, 2025 
  • Winter 2026: September 30, 2025 (EXTENDED DEADLINE)

Eligibility

  •  Applicants must be admitted to a Georgian program and they must apply for the international entry scholarship by the respective scholarship intake deadline.
  • Recipients should have an above average GPA (B equivalent or higher) and successfully meet the English Language Proficiency requirements for their program. Other eligibility requirements may apply, based on country of residence.
  • Personal statement of interest, resumé (CV) and other documents provided when applying for admission may be used for evaluation.
  • Applicants must pay their full tuition deposit by the respective scholarship intake deadline.
  •  Successful recipients will be notified via email shortly after their Letter of Acceptance has been issued.
  • Scholarships will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and where scholarships are limited, additional criteria may apply.
