Program Overview

The Diploma in Communication Studies at Capilano University is a comprehensive 2 yearlong undergraduate program. The diploma is an extensive 60 credit program for students who wish to build a career in communication and its various verticals.  This program deals with the enhancement of the skills needed to understand the study of communications as well as the way it affects relationships, culture, history as well as technology. 

This diploma helps foster a better understanding of the said subject by means of intertwining other discipline such as anthropology, political science, sociology, and history as well as business management. The program is taught with a different approach which includes different perspectives such as performance based courses, relationship based courses, and media focused courses as well as theoretical and critical courses.
