Program Overview

CIMT College’s Post Graduate Diploma in Network Administration prepares the students for the demanding IT industry by teaching them to become specialists in the areas of computer hardware, applied Internet technology, system diagnostics, local area network installation and maintenance, data communication techniques and network administrative tasks.

Today’s global IT industry is continually evolving to meet the needs of expanding businesses and organizations. As a result, companies demand more from their IT professionals, requiring them to be certified with industry’s latest standards.
The Canadian Government has projected that there is a growing demand in Ontario as well as the other provinces. The government stresses that the industry is becoming increasingly competitive and that companies are increasingly looking for well-qualified applicants that have a diverse array of knowledge and skills. Entrance into this industry requires a post-secondary education and computer networking-based certification are assets in securing employment.
