Develop the skills you need to manage a commercial operation in the international hospitality industry and beyond.
Study a robust programme of hospitality-specific and business modules and gain a qualification that combines research, business acumen and real-world work experience.

Whether you are interested in hotels, restaurants, bars or any other aspect of hospitality and catering, you can tailor your studies to suit your career aspirations; with options to specialise in hospitality, culinary arts, or hotel and resorts.

Have the opportunity to work across the UK and abroad through internship and placement opportunities with world-renowned brands, as well as opportunities to learn a language or study abroad.
