A course of study which is built from the ground up. This foundation year course is designed to provide you with a bespoke pathway to our courses delivered by our School of the Built Environment. During the first year of this course, you will develop your study skills, problem-solving, and ability in applied mathematics and digital literacy, all within a built environment context.

London is home to a huge number of exciting and dynamic building projects, many of which you will be able to experience and interact with on this course. We have strong relationships with many employers throughout the built environment sector and our course curriculum is designed alongside leading academics and practitioners. You’ll have the opportunity to work on live projects in collaboration with both national and international organisations to grow your practical experience and become a skilled construction professional.

Once you have completed the first year of your foundation course, you will join the student cohort who are beginning the three-year Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management degree course.
