Applied Manufacturing Methods is a post-graduate program. The program offers a broad range of skill-based training in all aspects of manufacturing processes, including design, computer modelling, 3D printing, reverse engineering, quality control and quality assurance in addition to the skills in communication, documentation, computer application, information technology, critical thinking, problem solving and teamwork to support the manufacturing activities of an organization.
 
This program provides students with up-to-date manufacturing techniques and processes with a focus on computer modelling and supporting technologies. Students will further gain a strong understanding of contemporary quality control, quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies, and safety practices and procedures. Through classroom theory and hands-on activities, students will learn and practice their skills using industry-standard tools and equipment.
