Bachelor of Science in Economics - Finance-Accounting profile University College of Business, Albania

The Faculty of Economics, Law and Social Sciences is the main unit that coordinates teaching and scientific research activities as well as professional and creative activities in the field of economics, law and social sciences. It offers study programs of the first cycle, the second cycle as well as integrated studies which have been opened and accredited in accordance with the legal and by-laws in force. In fulfillment of this objective, the main directions or goals of the educational, teaching and scientific activities of the Faculty of Economics, Law and Social Sciences will be:

• To educate and prepare students in the fields of economics, law and social sciences, in order to become “Leaders of thought and action”, specialists in relevant profiles such as: financiers, managers, lawyers, specialists in international relations, diplomacy and European studies ;
• To teach students, independent reasoning to become a person who will understand, contribute and manage sustainable and successful development within trade and business, as well as in society in general;
• Students are offered education about various human behaviors from different perspectives, including topics such as finance, accounting, law, elections, information and customer behavior, new business models, financial markets and human rights;
• To develop critical and creative thinking in order for students to contribute to the development of businesses and Albanian society on the basis of knowledge and professional and ethical responsibilities;
• To be equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle multifaceted work in their chosen fields of financial institutions, business companies, public service, justice institutions, non-governmental organizations or industry, etc.;
• To educate students to play an active role in the country’s economic developments and processes, giving priority to the achievement of European standards of higher education in the field of teaching and scientific research.
