Master of Business Administration in Performing Arts Management and Entertainment Join In Campus (JIC) - IESA Arts and Culture, France

This Master's degree in Performing Arts and Entertainment Management prepares professionals for management careers in the diverse world of performing arts. This interdisciplinary program brings together students from around the world to study the specific demands of cultural industries in a globalized context.

An international group of professors with unique intercultural experience in the various fields of performing arts provides students with the theoretical and practical courses necessary to acquire the skills required to be able to create and perform works of art . Courses in finance, law, digital marketing and communication allow students to acquire the skills necessary to create, produce and promote a cultural event, work in a public cultural institution or a private production company, as well as to build a future career as an artistic entrepreneur.

Based in the heart of Paris, in the IESA arts & culture premises, students are close to all major Parisian theater, circus, film and video production venues, and museums. Professional meetings with key players in the sector offer students important networking opportunities. Study trips to major European cities are organized to immerse students in the international environment of the performing arts management sector.


Program Structure

• The program consists of two semesters of classes and six months of an optional full-time internship, providing professional experience. Throughout the year, students develop and complete a final project in groups.  
• Students are trained by a group coach and a curator who guide them throughout the process, a mentor who advises students and gives them access to a professional network. 
• The year includes 648 hours of instruction over a 28-week period. Museum passes, study tours, and a selection of theater and other performing arts performances are included in the program.
