Turn your education and passion for health into a rewarding career as a leader in the health sector.  There has never been a more exciting time to move into a leadership role in health than in today’s increasingly complex and dynamic environment.   Health Administration and Leadership focuses on real-world contemporary issues and provides you with the opportunity to acquire the practical skills you will need to be successful as a leader in a health organization.

Study and learn with high-quality educators in a personalized learning environment created for you by faculty and practicing leaders who are committed to your success.  Earn your Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Health Administration and Leadership in just two semesters.  Gain a solid understanding of the provincial and federal health system with curriculum developed to prepare you to lead today and in the future. You’ll develop health administration and leadership skills in ethics, policy and law, research, operations, cultural safety, human resources, and finance.  Indigenous learning outcomes are weaved throughout the curriculum in order to develop an understanding of the importance of reconciliation and diversity of perspectives. Scholarships

Confederation College has entry and in-program scholarships, bursaries and awards available for its international students to assist with their education costs. Applications are considered based on financial need, academics and/or community involvement. Students can apply for these scholarships while they are studying at the college.

In-program Scholarships:

The following is a list of scholarships, awards and bursaries that are specific to international students. Every year, the International Education Centre (IEC) awards over $150,000 in scholarships to its international students. This includes the prestigious International Student Excellence Award valued at $2,500.

Students can apply for these in-program scholarships while they are studying at the college.

Entry-level Scholarships:

Engineering Program Scholarship - September 2024 intake: Students who enrol in selected undergraduate engineering programs in September 2024 intake are eligible for this scholarship. Students will receive a $1000 (CAD) scholarship as a tuition credit. The scholarship will be applied to the student’s account, once they are registered, & after the withdrawal date. It can be used towards future tuition payments.
