Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences is a dynamic, double-accredited business school, with its headquarters in Apeldoorn. Wittenborg was established in 1987. It is one of the few 100% English-speaking higher education institutes in the Netherlands and its 1500+ students and staff represent over 100 nationalities, making it the most international university of applied sciences/business school in the Netherlands. The school also has a vibrant study location in Amsterdam, with a focus on entrepreneurship and technology.

As a university of applied sciences, Wittenborg sees an interdisciplinary approach to higher education as important, which is reflected in the cross-disciplinary broad management programs that allow students to develop their knowledge and skills through applied research in a manner that is not subject-constrictive. |
Apeldoorn Campus
Wittenborg's main campus is situated in the municipality of Apeldoorn, in the centre of the Netherlands. Apeldoorn is the 11th largest town in the Netherlands, and is a remarkably green, clean and safe city to study in! The blue skies ooze ‘health’ and Wittenborg students enjoy 'the gentle lifestyle', whilst only being an hour on the train or by car from the Dutch capital Amsterdam (and Schiphol), or the German border to the east.
Wittenborg has been supported by the Apeldoorn Municipal Government and the Province of Gelderland, who have made it possible for the institute to settle and grow its international profile in the city.
