Every year, candidates from all over the world take the CELPIP exam, which is the best general English test in Canada and is used for immigration and professional designations. This exam has many features like a word counter, spell check, and a personal timer. Other than that, vocabulary used in the test has been drawn from real-world scenarios along with an easy-to-understand English accent.

In about 4-5 calendar days following the test date, the test results are available online. Moreover, there are 16 countries worldwide, including Canada, where students can take the CELPIP exam.

Note: Registration for the test ends either one business day prior to the test or when all available seats have been filled. Moreover, dates, timings, and locations of the test are flexible. Therefore, if the administrative body is compelled to make any modifications to your registration, you will be notified by email.

How to book the CELPIP exam?

• To book your exam, you need to visit the official website of CELPIP.
• Once you are on the home page, go to the option ‘Take CELPIP’ and then ‘Find a test date’. T
• Here you will find the option of Location. Test Type, Test Dates, Test Day and Test Time.
• You can select the options as per your convenience.
• At last, you will receive a test confirmation email after registering. Please ensure to bring a copy of the email (which includes registration number, your name, sitting information and identification requirements), either in digital or printed form, to the CELPIP test centre. 

CELPIP Requirements

• Candidates must carry a valid identification with their name, picture, and signature on it. Carrying a passport is important and it can be a national id too.
• Other test-takers' speaking or typing may be audible to you. A typical test room setting is the sound of other test-takers submitting their answers.
• You will be given a pen and some paper, which you must return at the completion of the exam.
• Standard QWERTY English keyboards will be available at your workplace.
• No cellphones or other forbidden items like smart watch or other electronic equipment are allowed in the testing area.
• No eatables are allowed at the test centre.
• You must complete a Special Accommodations Request Form, which is available on our Request Forms page, if you require a specific accommodation for your test, such as accessibility equipment, refreshments, or snacks in the testing area. Paragon Testing Enterprises must first approve any special accommodations.
