No Refund If you reschedule or cancel within five weeks of the test date, you will be charged the full fee unless you have a serious medical reason.

Medical cases If you provide a medical certificate within five days of the test date, you will receive a refund excluding the local administrative cost.

Test Center You can contact your test center to get the latest information about this process.

IELTS Online You can reschedule your IELTS test only if the test date is at least 15 days from the date on which you are applying for transfer.

Only for IELTS Online For 34 days and above, you can reschedule without stating any reason.
