You will study two compulsory modules: International Commercial Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. The Alternative Dispute Resolution module will examine commercial arbitration and investment-treaty arbitration and the issues involved, mediation as a means of dispute resolution, and the skills and attributes required of a mediator.
