MSc Intercultural Business Communication develops skills that will allow you to communicate and work with people from all around the world. 

This degree develops intercultural business skills which are increasingly required by businesses and organisations with globalised workplaces and international stakeholders. 

Throughout this Masters degree, you will learn about key issues related to culture, society, and communication, and apply your understanding to authentic business contexts with a strong emphasis on practical intercultural business communication skills.

You will be taught and assessed entirely in English, which makes it suitable for those who would like to adapt their English language skills for a professional context and develop understanding of intercultural issues in international business.

Professional communication skills

MSc Intercultural Business Communication will give you the opportunity to study culture and communication in an academic setting and apply your learning directly to intercultural business contexts, relevant to international organisations and teams.

Embedded in Heriot-Watt University's highly respected Department of Languages and Intercultural Studies, this programme develops advanced corporate communications skills alongside a broad range of professional transferable skills, so you will be ready to thrive in dynamic workplaces where the ability to communicate, summarise and present information is extremely important

    Scholarships

    Heriot Watt Scholarship Deadline

    • Make a deposit of £1000 by 30th April and Secure Scholarship up to £6000* (*scholarship amount varies by course)

    Generous merit scholarship for deserving UG students for the upcoming September 2024 intake

    Scholarship Eligibility and Award:

    • Applicants with 65% and above ( depend on the entry requirements of the course)
    • 3000 GBP for students holding an offers with fee range from 18000 up to 24K
    • 4000 GBP for students holding an offers with fee range from 24K and above
    • Scholarship will be offered every year.

    For an example:-

    • Bachelors in Business administration ( Ediburgh business School)
    • If you have 70 % ( min requirement) , course duration would be 4 years and total scholarship will be 3000 X 4= 12,000 GBP
    • If you have 80 % ( min requirement), student will be eligible for advance year entry – 3 years and the total scholarship will be 3000 X 3=9000
    • BBA fee :- 18704- 3000= 15704 net fee per year

    Note:- Advance year entry varies course to course, We accept MOI -refer to the website
